Master trusts have one single legal entity with an independent Trustee board that has responsibility for investment options, service provision and communicating with the members.
The Trustee board delegates day-to-day operations to WTW’s LifeSight management team. The management team is led by the Head of LifeSight GB, with executive oversight from WTW’s UK senior leadership.
